Planning a family trip August, 2013. In looking around to find a rental car company, I came across a site called economybookings.com / Their rates are quite a bit cheaper than some other sites like hotwire.com, expedia.com and etc. . . Is this company legit. Not sure what to do at this time. Please advise.
