There is a National/Alamo rental counter at the MK Service Plaza located adjacent to the MK Parking Lot, I have never rented from there but I do believe they will pick you up as long as you are on property and bring you to the rental location. I have also found that the front staff at CS can be very accomadating and may be able to take you also, but that is probably your easiest rental location to choose from.... good luck.....
