Car rental from resort and parking fees

I plan on renting a car for 2 days onsite at the Hertz at Royal Pacific Resort (Universal). Do I have to pay the parking fee or is there a separate free parking area for the rental cars?
 
If there is a charge to park at the resort/hotel, then you will have to pay.
