Car rental discount with AP voucher?

Do you need an active AP to book a rental car? If not, and I can use my voucher where do I go to get the discount? Thanks

Sometimes a company will have a special discount with AP holders--that will be in your benefit information. Otherwise, AP doesn't come into play when reserving a vehicle.
