Car Rental Discount Codes

Hi Everyone!
A couple of years ago I received discount codes on here for car rentals. I can't seem to find them. Does anyone have any suggestions to find some. We are letting the kids bring a friend this time and now will need a 6 seater crazy how the price jumps. I can't find anything cheaper then $650.00. Any help would be appreciated. Oh and we are flying into Tampa/clearwater.

They apply every known discount for all rental agencies.

Do you have AAA? Or have an Entertainment Book? I've used both for great discounts. I usually just use Kayak to see who has the best rate and then Google whichever company has the best rate+ promo code.

Look over on the Transportation Board. There is usually a thread for each month and people post the appropriate discount code/coupons that they find.

Recently the best deals I have found have been thru Costco if you have a membership.

For our upcoming trip to Cali we used priceline. We need a minivan and the cheapest reservation I could make was for $1400 for 13 days. I did name your own price on priceline. I looked at the previous winning bids for a minivan and bid that price, which was $55/day. It was accepted by Avis Rental Car and total cost $876 for 14 days (we added a day). I like that priceline uses the top named rental car agencies. The only problem with priceline is there is no canceling or modifying, so you need to make sure your plans will not change.

I followed Mouse Saver advice and used alamo off site rental at orlando walt disney car care center, they will pick you up from your Disney resort. It saved alot over getting it at the airport. So we will use Magical express to and from the airport. After let the family explore the hotel while i get the car, its like a 10 min drive.
