Looking at the mousesavers rental rate codes, they are only good through 5/25/05...what codes are available for July? Looking for a mini-van rate...THANKS!

My suggestion would be to try and sign up for the mousesavers newsletter but I think it comes out tomorrow so you may be too late. Otherwise keep trying the site. Wish I had more for you...maybe the entertainment book?

The rates right now are very high, so keep checking and visit the Transportation board on Dis. People always post when the rates go down.

You can also check rentalcodes.com. They update codes for hotels and rental cars periodically. But, I have found that they don't list all the codes that are really out there.

Most codes only come out approximately 2 months prior to the rental dates. The best thing to do is to watch at Mousesavers rental car code list and check for updates. You can find it here: http://www.mousesavers.com/rentalcar.html

We're vacationing in July too and am anxiously awaiting them, although I have backup reservations already (Costco discount).

I agree. After May 25th, there will be new promotions for National and Alamo. If you find anything decent or if you're concerned they will go even higher, you can make a reservation and change/cancel if better prices come along. I've rebooked mine a half dozen times for a rental in June. Also watch for Thrifty. They are offsite but I got a great price last year. Convenient shuttle bus and quick service.

I just got a full sized Suv from National it holds 8 people using the contract ID from mousesavers 6600330. The total for 11 days was only $360.00, the price has gone down $200 since I originally booked. My reservations are for June into July. Hope this helps.

lynr - wow! what a great deal! did you only use that one code? I got a rate of $560 for 10 days in July, for a mini-van ! would prefer an SUV, with all the luggage, etc.

I'm holding an 11 day minivan rental with National in mid-June for a total cost of about $325. This is using the Carlson code and the entertainment coupon. Prices have since jumped to around $550 for the same rental. My guess is that the rates will change again after the current "deals" expire on May 25th. I've rented from National, Dollar, Alamo, and Thrifty in the past. Basically whoever has the best price.
