Car rental changed tax fees?

Strange...this hasn't happened to me before..I have a one way rental booked thru Costco travel, Alamo-(next week) I have the printout of the original booking,and today I got a new email to print out, it's 11.00 more.... looks like it's the fees that are higher....does this happen to others?

There was a thread a few weeks ago, there was some fee that either wasn't being added or had been temporarily suspended but is back in effect.

Oh... I remember seeing that but wasn't sure what it was about.... i booked this about 3 months ago....and it just changed.... oh well guess I can't do anything about it
