Car rental Caribbean?

We’re looking to rent a car for our one day foray to Wizarding World over our thanksgiving trip. We have 2 kiddos that need car seats, so I think renting will be the easiest route, since we will have the seats with us from the plane rides. Any pros or cons with different companies or just go by price? Can you call a shuttle for within the hr pick up from any company or just some? Any stay open late enough we could drop off and shuttle back at the end of the day? We will be staying at Caribbean if that makes a difference proximity wise.
