Car Rental Budget Tips Needed

I need a car - full size is best March 29 - April 6 next year - I have the Entertainment book, AAA - what should I do to get the best rate? I got a rate of $450 or so on National. That seems high - two years ago I paid $125 for the same week - help!!!

I would wait till early 2007. We have been going for the last 3 years during Spring Break to Disney and I have always booked my rentals at least a month before with great success!!! Minivans for us for a week @ $199.

Most of the codes I have used have come from Mousesavers

I tried to get a quote but it doesn't seem to be working. I was looking for Oct 28 - Nov 5 pickup/drop off MCo for as cheap as I can get it. Right now I have a confirmed res. for $173.06 base price $227 with estimate taxes total for a compact car. I would love to get some of the prices on the site you provided. Any money saved is more money to spend at disney.

at Dollar, that is the rate i got...i didn't check the other car places offered thru rentalcarmomma......
