Car rental at WDW

Hi, My family and I are going to be staying at Beach Club Villas in August and are planning on using the magical express but would like the option of renting a car for a couple of days. Does anyone know of where to rent one on Disney property, preferably near the Beach Club.

You can rent a car at the Dolphin Hotel, which is a short walk from the Beach Club.

FYI, the Alamo desk at the Dolphin closes at 4 PM. We got caught by that last time. But the concierge at the Dolphin was nice enough to call a van from the Car Care Center, near Magic Kindgom, to come pick us up so we could rent a car from there. So I'm sure you could ask the same of the concierge where you are staying. The Car Care Center stays open until 8 PM on weekdays and 6 PM on weekends.

I always make my Alamo or National reservations online in advance. That way I can keep checking since the rates vary week-to-week like the airlines. But you can walk in and rent a car also.
