Car Rental at the Dolphin?

Hi, I am thinking of renting a car when we are at Disney next year so we don't have to use the buses.

I heard some where that you can rent a car from the Dolphin at WDW, what company is this?

I am thinking of using virgin transfers to get to wdw and then renting a car the next day, if we pick up a car from the Dolphin can we drop it of at MCO?

Also how in advance can you book the car?

DBF does not want to book though Virgin and would rather book direct.
