if I am staying onsite at CSR and go to the parks do I have to pay the 14.00 parking fee to park my car in the lots or is it free to people staying on property?

Yes, it's free. Ask the front desk for a pass. The toll-takers also usually accept a currently valid KTTW.

When we stayed at WL they gave us a sign to put in our window for the week and it got us into every park and we could go through the fast gate at WL so we didn't have to stop at security each time.
