Car rental advice needed please

We are planning a trip to WDW in Feb. arriving feb 25, leaving for a cruise on mar 5.

so we were looking to rent a car for FEb 25 till Mar 5, however we want to pick up at the airport obviously but our cruise leaves saturday from Port Canaveral (Carnival Glory).

which car rental agencies have a location in Port Canaveral, closer the better.

also what is a good option to get from Port Canaveral back to airport?

My 2 cents worth..........

With a party of 5, it would probably be more cost efficient to rent a Limo. That way you won't have to worry about your luggage and returning the car.

We've used National for this kind of trip. Picked up at MCO and dropped off at their location in Cocoa Beach. They have a deal with a local cab company (Banana River Yellow Cab) for a flat rate $11 fare to the Port Canaveral cruise terminals (this was a little over a year ago when we went).

If memory serves (and I might be wrong) I believe we actually made the car reservation directly with the Cocoa Beach office and got a much better rate than going through their central reservations system. I recommend them.
