Car Or Bus To Magic Kingdom

Hi to all, curious as to which is the better idea, in your opinion or experience,

Staying at the CBR - renting a car,,should I drive to MK or take the bus?

If I take the car where will I be at the MK, compared to where I will be dropped of from the bus.

Which is faster?

The bus will drop you off closer to the entrance. How long it will take depends on which section you are in at CBR - there are multiple bus stops.

If you drive, you will park at the main parking lot at the TTC, then take either the ferry or the monorail to MK. It's much easier to take the bus since it drops you off right before the main gate.

I prefer to drive, even to MK.

Yes, the bus drops you off right at the gates, but then you don't get to ride the monorail.

Yes, it takes more time to get from the parking lot to the turnstiles, but if you drive, you get to take the ferryboat in and see those lovely views of MK as you cross the Seven Seas Lagoon. And if you take the monorail, you can see all 3 monorail resorts, plus the water bridge, the storage area for the EWP boats, and you get to hear "Please stand clear of the doors! Por favor, mentengense alejado de las puertas!"

So I drive.

Another note: When taking the bus, you first have to WAIT for the bus to arrive, then WAIT if the bus makes any additional stops. At CBR, which has many internal bus stops, this can take a long time, which cancels out any time you save by getting dropped off closer to the gates.

We always drive to all the parks, but I didn't realize until this trip that the bus bypasses the ferry/monorail. If saving time is your only concern, which would you reccomend from AKL. I perfer my own car if you only save 5-10 minutes...
