Car Insurance?? who's the best/cheapest

The best insurance, Amica. But they are not the cheapest. There are some things that I will not cut back on. Good shoes (my feet are important!) and insurance are two that I can think of.

They do have ratings of insurance on the internet. Amica consistently did the best. Not sure where they are on the list now, but I am sure they are still high on the list.

Another Amica customer here. Every tiem I've looked into it, they've come out the best in the ratings.

We changed from Allstate to Farm Bureau and saved a considerable amount annually - on home and auto.

About USAA - it is the best priced coverage out there, if you qualify, but we were in an accident with one of their insured drivers recently - our car was totaled - they don't use NADA or KBB, they use an "appraisal" service to give what they say is the FMV in case of a total loss - in our case, the amount they offered was over $2k below what the car was worth or could be replaced for - their "comps" were questionable, at best, one with a rebuilt title, one being "out for repairs" with hail damage. Fortunately for us, our insurer paid NADA and subrogated to USAA for payment.

Oh, good! I have not looked in a long while.

We have been with them since 1978, back in the day when you had to get a referal from another Amica insured to get their insurance!

Another vote for Amica. We've had them for years and I've always been impressed with their service and prices.

We saved $600 a year when switching from Met Life Home/auto to AAA

I second checking on rates from AAA. We switched from Horace Mann (usually the best for rates for teachers) and saved a ton of money through AAA. Same with homeowners.

We have State Farm and can't find a lower price. We've had them since the dark ages (or that's what it feels like at least). They've always done right by us.

We have state farm also. They have been good to us with any claims we've had. I've used SF since I started driving.

We live in NH and have AAA. Cars are 2009 Dodge Caliber, 2005 Chrysler Pacifica and 2004 Chrysler Concorde. Coverage is $1mil/$1mil. Full coverage on all cars. We pay $2200/yr.

If you are a AAA member you can get quotes online and then you can choose from those. We did this about 18 months ago and saved TONS of money. Ended up with MetLife. I highly recommend using AAA.
