Virgin Holidays now allow you to book car hire without a holiday and the terms imply you can book with a debit card. Anyone had any experience of this, though I did book with virgin Holidays last year and paid up front didnt have a problem. Do you think it will be the same just with car hire? I dont use credit cards.
