Thanks for the info Obi Wan - thats a great price for 14 days - I might give them a call.

The reason for wanting on-airport is her indoors really. We tend to have a TON of baggage for the four of us and its usually reliant on me to get it on and off the bus.

However since i'm looking at picking up on i-drive at least i'd only have to do that once - when returning at the airport

the hertz drivers in the main are pretty helpful and will give you a hand loading the bus.

The price I got was fora car code SFAR m 4X 4 but they were also doing a luxury (Lincoln Town car or equiv) for the exact same price.
Worth checking the on line price first as they will star with one price and then barter down

Mine is for a Chevvy Trailblazer, but Chevvy have stopped producing these, so its going to be interesting what is on offer by November

Just to let you know, when I first posted on this threa I was quoted £350. I didn't book that day, I was going to book this week. I've just received and email saying 'because they value my custom they are giving me a discount', knocking it down to £335.

Not bad, another £15 for waiting a few days lol.
