You can go on the transportation board for info re: car services, including cost.

Over on the Transportation Board there is a thread all about car rental locations at WDW that should help. You'll probably find that the agencies on Hotel Plaza Boulevard are the closest to SSR.

As to price, it all depends on when. Be sure to shop all the agencies for the best price.
