Yesterday was our last day at Disney. We checked out of the BWV and were waiting for our car to come from valet. We waited, and waited and waited and no car. One of the other valets took my husband to the car and it would not start.
So we asked what we can do now. They called the car care center and they sent a tow truck. We found out anywhere on Disney property, if you need for your car to be towed to the service area, there is no charge. They checked the car out and found out we need a new fuel pump and map sensor. It is now about two in the afternoon. We asked how long as we had seen many cars there. i explained we had checked out, so we had no room to go back to for the night if it was not going to be fixed until tomorrow.
The CM's there were great. They told us we would have our car to drive home that night.m They offered to take us to the transportation building we wanted to go there. I just went next door and rented a small car for 24 hrs.
We left and went for late lunch, early dinner and we when came back the car was almost done. I know it was not a easy job as my fuel pump on located in the gas tank.
They were great and super nice and friendly. Also it was very nice and clean there. This is another Disney experience we never have done, and truthfully never really wanted to try it, but a very bad situtation turned into a delightful experience. The other thing was the price was not out of line.
We also noticed the price of the gas at the hess station there as we needed to get gas and it was only $1.79 as compared to the other stations off property thyat started at $1.84. A bargain at Disney
