Car Care Center - Where?

We are needing to rent a car for one day during our 7 day WDW trip the end of July! Need to get to Church! We are staying at POR and are trying to make a decision on where to rent from (read most convenient!)! I know that you can pick up a rental car at the Dolphin, but have also read about the Car Care Center. BUT, I can't seem to pinpoint the exact location of the CCC. I have read it's real close to the TTC but have also seen that it is located around Downtown Disney? Where is it?

I have never been there, but my husband has and he just told me it is near the TTC. We had prescheduled a pick up time and a shuttle came to Old Key West to pick him up to take him there to get our car rental.
