Captain's Plan - Bike/Boat Plan Questions

I called Member Services and they did not know the answer to my questions, but maybe someone here will.

I just read about the Captain's Plan on Mousesavers. Member services said this can only be done at the WL? Does this sound right?

They did not know if there was a DVC discount - ugh. I would assume there isn't??


If we are going at BCV > Disney cruise > VWL, can I do the plan at the Poly? Can I spread the plan out over the entire time at Disney even though we have a cruise in between. For example, we are staying 5 days at BCV so would use the plan for say 2 hours, then when we come back from the cruise to VWL I would use up the other 2 hours.

One last question, are the surrey bikes at the BWV included? If not, does anyone know how much the 4 seater bike is? We want to put this in our budget.

I can't remember all the details, but, I know that you can't rent at different places. If you sign up at BC/YC you have to rent the entire time from there. I don't think the Surrey bikes were included, but I'm not sure. There was an AP discount, 10%, this past June but I don't think there was a DVC discount.

Surrey bikes are not included in the rental plans.
Discounts are not usually given with the plans as they are already discounted. AP and DVC rates are usually a per rental deal.
