Last time we ate at Captain's Grille, the market fish was a wonderfully prepared Salmon from Scotland. Does the market fish selection change frequently? Or is the Salmon pretty much a "staple" of the menu? Anyone eaten there RECENTLY who can tell me if the Salmon was on the menu? Thanks!

Just returned from WDW. We had a nice dinner at Captain's Grille. The market fish was NOT the Scottish Salmon, but an Alaskan Cod that was served over "Stew" vegetables. I opted for a different selection, but my wife had the fish. She liked it but not nearly as much as the Salmon we had last time. The server warned us it was a bit spicy and my wife agreed it had a bit of a "kick." I don't know how often the fish selection changes, I doubt it is tied too closely to what was actually caught on any given day, but obviously they do switch things up a bit.
