captains dinner attire

So we are doing the 5 night cruise on the Magic in May, Is there a Captains dinner? And can some of you post some pics of the dresses that you wore? Just getting a general idea of what would be acceptable.. Thanks in advance!

Honestly, any nice pair of slacks with a nice blouse or pant suit or cocktail dress is acceptable as well as long gowns....if you wear what you would normally wear to wedding you will be fine.

I'm not aware of a Captains Dinner, but there is a formal night, and the previous poster posted a link to some great pictures of what you can expect people to wear.

I believe you're thinking of the Captain's Gala Dinner, usually on Semi-formal night.

Also the Captains Gala menu should night should not be confused with the night for getting picture with the Captain in his dress uniform, that is usually a different night.
