Does it still have upper level for breakfast ?

I decided to search for more info.
I hope somebody posts a review but I love their menu
Very interesting and fun and sounds really good .
I would love to visit just for their WishIwasachurrowaffle and a Bloody Maria drink .

Somebody should tell them to post their operating hours .
I hope they are very successful and Wish I could visit to check this place out ! Nfortunately I live in Florida now .
I’ll ask family that lives in Southern California to check it out for me They go to DL a lot.
Im sure most people knew Capt Kidds … and I always went upstairs for the Park Place Inn complimentary breakfast location .

We had appetizers and drinks there. It was good! They did a nice job on the interior and the staff was great.
