Captain Hook, Mr Smee, and Peter Pan at BLT?

So maybe I’ve been clueless or maybe this was a total anomaly but tonight Captain Hook and Mr Smee made an appearance at community hall at BLT for a little while that we just happened upon as they were headed in to visit. Clearly it was not a publicized event as the only people in there were a group of older kids playing board games. They took pictures with us and the other group and played connect four with the kids. It was really cute. Then later when we passed by again on our way to head up to TOTWL for fireworks Peter Pan was there. He was coloring with he kids, signing autographs, and taking pictures as well. It was really cool! I know they have the Pirates and Pals cruise at the Contemporary and that’s why the characters were around but not sure if this is a common occurrence or we just got lucky tonight.

Very nice that the characters stopped by the Community Hall. I didn't know they did that either.

Hook was in the lobby of BLT 2 1/2 weeks ago at like 10pm at night. He followed my husband around.


I assume it’s bc they are already around there for the pirates fireworks cruise.

I saw Captain Hook walking outside randomly with no Cast Member between Contemporary and BLT after fireworks. He was walking toward BLT. I of course also got a selfie, but he scooted away pretty quick.

Yep they were at the community hall almost every night we were there in October. It wasn’t all of them or at the same time, but we saw them 2-3 times.

My kiddos saw Peter Pan in the lobby when we were coming home one night on our last trip which was a total surprise. And during this trip, a suited employee mentioned that they show up sometime around 8:30. Our best guess was that its either before or after (or between?) the pirate firework cruises?

Apparently some/all stop in prior to the pirate cruise. Order and times can vary. I don’t think there are any guarantees. I’d never heard of it until this video/vlog (~ 17:00 mark)
