Cap't Cooks Late Night and Regular Dinner hours?

I've talked to two cast members online and no one can actually answer my question (and we are not new to Disney by any means, but I haven't encountered this problem before).

Does anyone know what the actual dinner hours are at Cap't Cooks?

I'm trying to determine if we will be able to eat dinner there when we arrive or if they will have switched over to late night dining which is just muffins and the like. We should get to the Poly around 10pm or so. If they're going to be switched over then we will just stop at Chick-Fil-A on our way in. ;-)

I believe it is 11pm but not 100% sure. I know it is 11pm at Gasparilla's over at GF. I would still grab something anyway.

I arrived after 10 pm one night and we stopped in and ate at CC. We had a burger, flatbread and the pork nachos.

Cooks seemed to still have full menu when we stopped there around 10pm last time we stayed at the poly and closed at 11 pm every night
