I wish I could add more minutes, but I've been sick since yesterday. :(

I went to the doctor and he said it's viral (I thought it might be a sinus infection). I'm feeling slightly better today, although I have a cough. I have to be careful because I have asthma and although it's normally under control and I don't need my inhaler or take any meds for it, things like this tend to aggravate it. I'm hoping I could do some light yoga tomorrow and a little exercise on Sunday but I'm not going to push it.

Thank you! I'm feeling better today. No fever this morning, and the cough seems to be breaking up. Hoping I feel up to doing come yoga later on, and some strength training tomorrow, but I'm not gonna push it.

Ah yes, nothing like spending 4 days at Disneyworld in the middle of August to remind you just how horribly out of shape you really are.

To make matters worse, I forgot to bring my FitBit Zip, so I have no idea how much walking I did. As a result, I am not going to update my personal stats for the month, as they would be inaccurate.

But good news, I see some purples, blues, and even one red in the crew logs! Great job!

Captain--glad you had fun with the mouse! I would just take a guestimate at your walking and use that. Remember, the numbers are just for your own personal use--the IRS doesn't audit! :joker:

I am at 955/1200. Friday I went for a hike in Portland. It was the 4T trail. You climb 4.5 miles all uphill :faint: on a trail, then take a tram, then trolley, then train back to where you parked your car. Took us an hour and 40 minutes to do the trail. It was great fun! And apparently that was a pretty good time for middle aged, overweight ladies! :rotfl:

That exercise makes up for the 6 hours sitting in a car I did on Saturday! :drive:

Finally was able to do some yoga yesterday! I still have a cough and my throat is a little sore, but I'm getting better. Kind of bummed though that I'm feeling this way at the end of my summer vacation. I go back next Tuesday (I'm a teacher in NYC), and my kids go back 2 days later. Hopefully at least over the weekend I'll be fully back to myself. Coughs always seem to linger though.

My arms are tired! I rode my bike this morning then swam then tried to trim a tree. I've decided that tree is going so I try to fill our yard debris each week. Not sure it'll be full this time! :lmao:
 
things at work exploded and resulted in our administrative assistant quitting and me working 11 hour days to try to make up for being short staffed.

I doubt I'll hit my goal but that's no reason to stop trying right? and exercise is good for stress (as is chocolate but I'm trying not to think about that as much).
