Cape May

can anyone tell me what is the best way to get to Cape May from the cabins at Fort Wilderness? I will have a car just not sure what is the best way to get there.

A car is almost always going to be the best way to get from one resort to another. About the only exceptions are going from one monorail resort to another, or there's a boat that connects the Contemporary, Wilderness Lodge, and Fort Wilderness.

Get a driving map from the front desk at your resort or at any Guest Relations window. Despite knowing I could drive that myself without a map - I can't describe the directions since I don't know the road names!

When I stay at the cabins at FW, I tend to drive everywhere but MK unless I plan to have any chocoholic beverages. It would only be about a 15-20 minute drive going via Bonnet Creek and Buena Vista Dr.

If you want to go via WDW transportation, then time of day would play a factor in the easiest way to get there. I would either be boat from FW to MK then bus to BC or bus from FW to DHS and boat/walk to BC. Each of these would likely take at least 45-60 minutes, but could take a bit longer if you have any longer waits.

Take a left out of FW onto Vista Blvd. First right onto Bonnet Creek Pkwy. Take your third (???) right onto Buena Vista Dr, then right onto Epcot Resorts Blvd (This is right after the gas station). Follow that until you get to Beach Club. Should take you 10-15 mins depending on traffic

Yes, it is the 3rd. And all 3 have traffic signals, so one could count to the 3rd light after turning onto Bonnet Creek.

When we drive at Disney, one of us drives and the other pulls up Google maps. If you're not traveling alone, have your passenger put in the destination address and get turn by turn directions on Google.
