Cape May to MK - which option

Hi

I am after some advice please.

We have a ADR at 07.30 at Cape May. We are staying at WBC. My partner will not be coming with us to MK afterwards (not feeling the Disney magic ;)) but can drop us off. Which of the following options would you choose?

1. Get dropped off at MK gate
2. Get a launch from one of the other hotels
3. Get the monorail from one of the other hotels

If we go with option 1 - then we could always do option 2 or 3 on the way home and get picked up from a different hotel.

I am leaning towards 1 followed by 2 later but I would really appreciate any insight especially on how long 2 or 3 would realistically take to get to MK.

I know we could do a bus too but it doesn't sound like much fun and if we just want to go to MK, then we can get dropped off.

Also the reservation email says that we should plan on taking 90 mins to get to our ADR. WBC is 2 miles away and we are driving - what is a more realistic time that it will take.

Thanks in advance.

Option 1 isn't really a good one since the MK drop-off is actually across the lagoon at the TTC.
Option 2 doesn't work since there isn't a launch from Cape May to the MK. Or were you thinking of the MK resorts? In that case get dropped off at the Contemporary and walk to the MK.
Option 3 - see option 2.

Option 4 - take the bus from Beach Club (where Cape May is located) to the MK.

Thanks

Re option 2 and 3 - I meant drive to one of the other resorts offering the monorail or launch and get it from there. Sorry I should have been clearer.

I just thought it might be a fun way to arrive at MK.

So I suppose 1 and 3 is effectively the same as we will need to get the monorail with both.

I really don't want to get on a bus - we do a lot of buses in London and it is not a novelty. Plus my son thinks all buses are red - the Disney buses might just be too confusing!

I just wanted to get an idea of how long each option would take.

OK, that's a little clearer.

Taking the bus from BC to the MK is certainly the fastest (outside of using your car) since it drops you off near the bag check/turnstiles. But I'd still allow 45 minutes for this because you don't know how long you'll have to wait for the 15-20 minute bus ride.

If you have your partner drive you and drop you at the Contemporary and then walk to the MK, its probably about 20-25 minutes all together.

WBC = Windham Bonnet Creek?

If so, I have no idea how long it takes to get out of the WBC parking lot, but once you get out to Chelonia & Buena Vista, drive time should be around 10 minutes. Then allow time to park & walk to the lobby.

I think 45 minutes should get you to the dining venue by the recommended 15 minutes ahead of ADR.

If you want to walk, get dropped off at the Contemporary and ask where the walking path is.
If you want to ride the monorail a little, get dropped off at the Polynesian or the Grand Floridian.
If you want to ride the monorail a little more, get dropped at the Epcot main entrance (or walk through the park if you have hoppers), board there, and transfer at the TTC.

Thanks for all the advice.

I think monorail in the morning and boat in the afternoon as we can't get dropped off at the gate anyway.
