Cape May from Pop

We have reservations at 8 am for breakfast at Cape May Cafe. We are staying at Pop and have never used the bus system... Did I make a mistake by booking an early ressie here? Is this going to be difficult to get to on time? What will be the easiest way to get there? I'm worried now... We usually rent a car but we are pinching pennies this time around... Thanks in advance!!!

I don't know about getting there by 8 AM. I guess the way you're supposed to get there would be to take the bus to MGM and then take the boat to the Beach Club. I think we had a 9 AM reservation my last trip. We decided to take the first bus available- which was Animal Kingdom and then got off the bus and stood in the Beach Club bus queue. Of course there was no one else standing in any line to go back to the hotels at that point, but a bus driver asked us where we were going and took us there right away. Can you try for a reservation a bit later then 8?

Early morning transportation starts around 6:30am for the MK and 7am for the other breakfasts around WDW.

Just be at your resort bus stop before 7am as the early morning buses don't run as often as the regular theme park buses.

Yep, 7am bus to Studios, then walk or boat to the Beach Club!! Have done it many times.

we were there in 2006 and had an 8 am ressie at cape may, we took a cab, it was right out front of the resort and i think it was like 8 bucks. quick and easy.
