Cape May Clam Bake Price?

I saw somewhere recently that it was $30.99 for an adult. Is that right? I saw on allears.net that it was $26.99. I'm confused but want to make sure I budget right. It's not a holiday pricing time when I go on Dec 5.

We went last month, $27 per adult and we saves with the DDE card.

During the holiday times they do raise the prices on just about all the buffet places but 5-8 bucks
