We have been to Cape May a lot and I must say it is one of the better character meals in the morning. The buffet is good and the character interaction is excellent. It is not as crowded as many of the in park character meals or a Chef Mickeys for example, it simply isn't big enough to have an overwhelming amount. Since it is a buffet you can spend as much or as little time here as you want. I think the character's make a full circuit in about 30 minutes. You also don't need to drive Epcot, you can use the international gateway entrance by walking out of the back of the hotel. It is either a short walk or a ferry boat ride to the back entrance of Epcot where. It puts you out between England and France in the world showcase and if you are trying to make Soarin or Test Track before it gets crowded you can do so from this location, have done it many times.
