Does anyone know what seafood offerings are on which days of the week? The Disney website used to have the info but now the menu just says "Selection of Seafood, featuring Snow Crab legs". I'm specifically looking for the night for the fried shrimp.

You're welcome! Just remember that only the food that is next to the parenthesis is the one served on a certain day of the week, not the whole list. Like the crab legs - those are served every day. Looks like Paella, Bacalao, fried shrimp, calamari and the cod nuggets are the only items that are served on certain days. The others listed are every day.
