cape may cafe during late breakfast hours?

ok we had changed our itinerary ..we are going first week in november...We decided to go to Epcot..so I have
Day 1: MK with CRT dinner
Day 2: Epcot with Boma dinner
Day 3: DHS with Mama Melrose
Day 4: Seaworld with Trex<oop>
Day 5 : is open

We have Boma since we were going to AK originally that day..minds got changed but I want to keep Boma since I have not experienced it.

We figure the kids can decide if they want to go to AK or to back to MK..Anyhow I need a place to eat on Friday , the open and last day. Since I am not sure where we will be I booked Cape May Cafe breakfast..simply because we want to experience a character breakfast...My ressie is for 10:30...Breakfast runs until 11am..so I am wondering..will they not have as many things out since they are almost done the breakfast time? Will it not be as fresh? Anyone gone later for breakfast and know?

We went last year at 10:15 a.m. The breakfast was wonderful and the food was plentiful. I remember they ran out of bagels, but everything else was replenished and fresh.

We ONLY do late breakfasts and have always found the food fresh and good, and at Cape May, too along with other places. They always seem to be putting more out.
