Cape May Cafe and Chef Mickey's....which one?

We are trying to decide whether to go to Chef Mickey's or Cape May Cafe for breakfast?
We are already doing Chef's for dinner, and we really want to do a character breakfast.
Is Cape May good....is the food the same quality? What are the characters dressed like?
We've already been to Chef's for dinner, and loved it so much we are going again. Though we might try Cape May for different atmosphere, etc.

The food is about the same. Normally you have Admiral Goofy, Chip and Dale in their Hawiian outfits and Pluto making the rounds. Minnie is also usually available in the front.

We have done both but we love chef mickey. We were late for the Cape May breakfast but it was delicious but my dd loved the ice cream machine @ Chef. We saw Minnie, chip/dale, & goofy at Cape May
