Cape May Cafe ADR- can we make our Pirate League appt??

We have an ADR for breakfast at Cape May Cafe for 9:55AM and an appt for a Mermaid Makeover at the Pirate League in MK at 11:55AM. Does that allow us enough time to eat and travel to the appt in time?? Are they pretty good about getting you in and out there or are there usually delays?

There is 8:10AM ADR available but is it possible to get from POR to the Beach Club using the WDW shuttles? (I'm not sure what time the parks open or what time the shuttles start making their rounds). I don't mind having breakfast early, doing a couple Fast Passes and then doing the appt I just wanna make sure we're not late to anything

I think you will be cutting it very close at best, but more likely will not make an 11:55AM appointment. Assume 60-90 minutes for a character meal, then you need to bus to MK. Even if your meal is at the 60 minute end, you may need to wait for a bus, then get through security and to PL.

I would try to do breakfast earlier. You may need to Uber over to Beach Club.

I just replaced Cape May with and ADR at Crystal Palace for an earlier time so we can be in the same park as the PL appt. Thank you so much for your input

Yeah. Even using the traditional buffet strategy "ask for check when seated," you might end up rushing your character meets, which is a huge part of the reason people do character breakfasts, and just feel rushed all through getting to the appointment. Doing CP earlier will let you be more chill in your day.

It ended up working out perfect bc my daughter is doing the mermaid makeover with her BFF... and I looked at their itinerary and they actually have a Crystal Palace ressie at the SAME TIME as us!!! So now we can all walk over together woohoo!!
