Cape May Breakfast ???

I read the menu on allears and it mentions omelets and eggs to order but I don't remember an omlet station. Are they talking about large omelets to cut from on the buffet or have they added something new?

As of last Friday (5-13) they did not have omelets to order - just scrambled eggs and a sort of omelety egg bake thing as far as eggs went. The breakfast was very, very good though and we really felt it was more than we expected.
