Cantina de San Angel

Is the Cantina de san angel all counter service? If it isn't, and I order counter service, can I still sit inside?

I don't think there is an "inside" here.

At the Mexico Pavilion there are two restaurants. The San Angel in is the full service restaurant inside the pavilion next to the river.
The Cantina de San Angel is across the main walkway from the pavilion and is a counter serrvice restaurant with seat outside, some of it next to the lagoon.
