We still have 117 days until we arrive at our happy place, but I just got our room booked for the 2nd night of the drive down! We can(and did last year) make the drive in 12 ish hours from our house, but this time we will have stops to see family and friends.

I've been living vicariously through pictures on FB of friends that were down there last week!

Super excited here, too! I have a little longer to wait at 139 days...Boooo!! It's so fun to plan though!! I'm hoping to surprise my daughter with this trip. I'm not sure if I'll be able to keep it a secret that long though!! I've never been able to keep any of our past trips a secret so we'll see!

It's always exciting go have a countdown! We are 114 days away! We are really looking forward to going back to DL too - just spent 12 days at WDW and was wishing we were at DL instead. There are things that we liked about WDW but DL just feels like home to us.

We surprised the kids with our first trip, last year, 2 weeks before we left.

For this trip, they know we're going to visit family and friends, but we plan to keep DL a secret until the night before we leave. It's been very difficult because my oldest is very disappointed that he won't get to see the 60th stuff. Or so he thinks!:rolleyes1

Hang in there! It'll be upon you before you know it! I'm always looking at photos and picturing us looking at the same thing and imagining if I'll be able to think back to now and how it felt to be looking so far ahead! Crazy!

So glad to see that others are so excited about their upcoming trips :goodvibes. We have 63 days until we are headed back for our second trip to DLR (we are WDW vets and the last time we were in DLR was in 2013). We are soooo excited to be heading back especially since we get to see all of the 60th Anniversary activities and decorations. I have been constantly been on YouTube watching ride videos and watching Fresh Baked Disney (Love those guys!!!) to pass the time. We will be celebrating my DD's 13th birthday so she has no idea what plans we have in stored (she knows we are going and she knows it is in June that's it)...my DD15 is making sure that everyone's lips are sealed when it comes to our trip.

131 days here! We are doing the same; my 8yo DS and I~ reminiscing about our last trip and what we will be doing this year. We are already in negotiations about the Tower of Terror (me- yes him- no) and Mickey's Fun Wheel of DEATH (him- yes me- NO!) We are bargainers. :) The Last trip was his first time and frankly I over-scheduled us. This time we are planning Blue Bayou and WOC dessert and that's it. IT's going to be lovely.

we had told the kids last year that we werent going.. and on April 1st told them we were leaving on the 2nd. it took them 45 minutes, seeing the plane , and Disney tickets and getting a new Disney T Shirt before they believed us... it was so funny,, they kept insisting we were trying to prank them..

That's awesome! My plan is to tell her when we get to the airport if I can wait that long!

11 more days for us. We arrive on the 17th. Then we get to spend the 18-21st in the parks. Fly back home on the 22nd. We are so excited:D The kids know we are going but they don't know that their grandparents will be joining us. They will find that out at the airport.

It looks like 94 days until I arrive, 95 until I walk into the park. I may have to create some sort of milestone with the number 95 on it.

212 for us! But we haven't been since October 2012, so it's a LONG time coming! :mickeyjum
