"Can't wait to meet you" postcard

In September, my family is going to Disney for my niece's 5th birthday. I've been getting her excited but thought it would be kind of fun if Mickey could send a postcard saying something along the lines of "Heard you're coming for your 5th birthday, can't wait to meet you!"....can anybody do something like that? (Not really sure how this works, if it's an etsy store or a paypal type thing...I just want to make sure I stay within the guidelines)
