Hi everyone

I'm sorry if this has been asked before but I am a lurker that can't wait to get booked and have something official to share with you all.

We are looking for our date to be 14th May 2013, please can someone tell me when I can make that first exciting phone call to start the planning process?

I know we can't book until 12 months out but will they talk to me sooner or send a planning packet?

Sorry for all the questions it's just all so exciting I can't wait

Yay! You could probably call to schedule a site visit! Other than that they don't start planning till after you send in the LOA...

Yay thank you. Unfortunately I live in the UK so can't have a site visit but they might talk to me over the phone. So exciting. Can't wait to start posting a pj

I think some things may have changed for 2013 - check out the thread below. The lottery would occur at the 12 month mark if there is competition for your date, rather than the 16 month mark, as it had previously. I don't think there's any harm in calling to find out though.
