Can't use online check in?

Anybody else with this issue. Any suggestions? I cannot check in online. Enter my phone number, click the accept terms and conditions, and every single time, I get an error message. Have tried from multiple computers on different networks, so don't think its a firewall issue.

Im having the same problem with one of 3 reservations I currently have...(split stay/managing my in-laws trip) Never says error, just wont accept that i jumped thru all the hoops. No idea. It’s my MIL’s res, so I thought I would just have her go up to the desk. ...
