Can't select all days

We are staying onsite for 16 nights but I can only book fp for the first 13. Any ideas why?
Also I read fp+ for characters can be slow so anna and elsa could top an hour. Is this really possible as it doesn't seem so fast! Was thinking about booking it round a dinner ressie.

1. Likely it is too early to book that many days this far in advance of your trip.

2. The Meet & Greet for Anna and Elsa is a special case.
Nobody knows for how long they will remain outstandingly popular (to the extreme.)
I'd not book anything important until quite a while after you attempt to see them.

Do disney allow less fp per hour for meet and greet then as they can accommodate fewer guests per hour than other attractions? A fp for me is not standing in a 2 hour queue.

Each FP distribution is different and tailored to the attraction for
which it is intended.
However, with the unprecedented popularity of the FROZEN princesses,
it will be interesting to see how they handle the FP+ situation, and if they
can actually get a handle on making those FP guests not have to wait
such a long time.
We'll just have to see what happens.

An hour seems super quick compared to the reported mulitiple hour lines at present. Here's hoping Disney cope with their own success on this one.
