Can't see availablity - page is always down

I have been getting the Rex error for days.

I've been having issues with checking availability from the homepage and plan vacation pages the last couple of weeks - I just get a spinning wheel that never stops.

I found a workaround though by going to the individual resort pages on the DVC site and looking up availability from there.

If you are getting Rex, it usually means that thrrr is a financially issue.

Give MS a call! It could be dues related.

I got ReX once and come to find out it was related to mine but was a mistake. They quickly fixed it for me.

So, if you called and accounting said they see no issue, then I’d call MS and have them get you to IT.

I had a similar issue recently. Called member services and they said it was a glitch. I was running perfectly again within 24 hours.
