Can't remember my criptic message to myself!

About two months ago I sat down to plan our touring schedule. I picked it up tonight and found a note I made to myself, but can't remember what it means... Perhaps you can help? Under AK I put a note Meal + pgr. @ AK. Perhaps the pgr. should have been pkg.? I'm bettin' one of you DISer's can come to my aid and tell me what it is I intend on doing at the AK that day! (We know it includes meals.... )

This brain freeze is good indication that this vacation can't come soon enough!!

Did it have anything to do with the Meal Deal at a few of the AK counter service places? HTH Rebecca

Does pgr mean PAGER? They give you a pager at AKL til your table is ready.

I think that you were referring to the Meal Deal Program/Plan that was available at AK. This was a really great deal! You could purchase the "coupons" for around $11.99 for an adult (i think) kids were around $5.99 to be redeemed for one counter service meal, a drink and a snack (ice cream or popcorn) for that day only. We always made sure to pick these up at the gate when we arrived...
Only I think that you may need to "search" the disboard. I think that I had read a month or so ago that someone had posted that this plan no longer exist!?
I have not heard or read much lately... but this would be a real shame!

Hope that this helps...and dont worry. I think that we all live off of cryptic messages and shorthand notes. There is so much valuabel info on these boards that my notes are neverending!

You were writing about the Meal Deal Program or the AK meal certificate which sad to say as of July 2005 no longer exists.
