Can't remember how to get a countdown

Can someone please remind me how to get a countdown, it's been so long since i had one that i can't remember.

You can get a countdown from www.tickerfactory.com. Vacation and travel countdowns is one of the options on the first page.

Got to page with codes what do i do next.

Copy the code, then go to User CP and update signature by pasting in code.
Hope that is as clear as mud
