Can't purchase DL tics for 1/13/05 trip?

Hi all!
Planning our first trip to DL, we need to check out the original park! BUT whenever I try to purchase the parkhopper tics online I get a message saying my arrival date must be before 1/3/04!?! Why? Any clues?

Also, does anyone know if there's an 800 number for DL?

Me too! Isn't it frustrating! I believe you can phone and order/make ressies but not do it online for 2005 yet. Sucks!

Current tickets expire the first Sunday in January.

I believe that when it gets closer to the end of the year, you should be able to get tickets for 2005.

All ticket media expires the first Sunday of the following year.

Seems odd that you can phone WDTC and book a 2005 package but still no word on passes for the same time period (Jan-April 05). Makes it hard to decide whether to go for the package or wait and see if 3 for 5 day passes are offered for that time period and than book hotel/tickets seperate.

Passport plus packages (tickets) should be available to book by the end of this month. We were told by the 26th or so.

Thank you Sooz for the information! I haven't had time to call DL but somehow I made time to check email...priorities!

Since you live so close I'm hoping you'll oblige me another question: Is the time of year we want to visit ok? In your opinion would a lot of things be closed for renovation? I do appreciate your help...not to mention envy your Disney travels! Thanks again!

You are very welcome. Disneyland is my favorite subject.
Weather is a hard question to answer it can be raining or it could be in the 80's. There is no rhyme or reason to it.

I think it's a great time to visit. It does not seem to be as busy as say a few weeks prior. The things that I know for sure will be closed during that week will be It's a Small world and Haunted Mansion since those turn back into their normal selves after the holidays.

Here's an interesting update on the tickets - when booking a vacation package through Expedia they offer 3-5 day adult PH tickets at CHILD prices!!! Now if we can just get the airfare within a reasonable range...patience, patience.
