Can't post a response - re advertising column

Is there a reason I can't post a response to Webmaster Cory's post on my thread?

Here's what I was saying:

Eventually, all of the forums will have a sidebar. We are using it to display custom content pertaining that board.

So much for Webmaster Kathy's post "it's just a test", huh?

I still don't like it. And isn't that information already visible on the main home page of the board?

No reason that I can see. The thread is open. Maybe try clearing your history and/or restarting your computer and try again?

I just tried to post a response on that thread too, and couldn't. I can barely use the boards today because those ads on the right are causing me constant 'unresponsive script' interruptions in Firefox on my Mac. Extremely frustrating!

Yeah, I noticed the boards (well the Community board) is back to running slow again.

I am getting so sick of the "unresponsive script" error showing up... It's beyond frustrating. Are there any "hacks" to get it to stop?
