Tried this earlier, they could only order me the standard ones but advised I keep checking my online account daily (for the fix) if I wanted the customisable/premium bands.
I am waiting for them to fix it as well and check my page on a regular basis. I did send them an email as reminder though

I've gotten that one too (Donald Duck!), but it goes away when I switch from Firefox to Chrome browser on my computer.
I am booked through the UK site and switching to chrome doesn't help. Last year I had the same problem and just changed country settings to US and it worked. Unfortunately not anymore. I get immediately redirected to the EU website. It doesn't matter if I use the UK or EU website. Both give me the "wreck it Ralph"
