Hi, every time I try to make Theme park reservations the website keeps taking me back to the log in page?? (right at the point where I should be selecting my family/group) Anyone else have this issue?

Are you using an iPhone or iPad? For some reason it doesn’t work on apple products, I haven’t been able to do it on either since they started using park reservations. Try doing it on an actual computer or an android phone.

Thanks for sharing. I’m glad to know someone else ran into the same problem as me. Yes, when I switched over to my Windows based computer it worked fine.

My frustration has reached the boiling point. Through My Disney Experience, I can make park pass reservations, but I cannot delete one and make another in its place. Hotel reservation and ticket purchases are in order. When I click on "View Details," I get a White Screen of Death, a headless Olaf (oh, how so very cute), and the message, "Something Went Wrong. We're having trouble loading this screen." Happens every time, on every browser (Firefox, Edge, Chrome), with cache and cookies cleared, in incognito mode, or with Samsung Android phone. HELP!

You may wish to try calling Disney IT to see if they can help you out as you've done everything most people here would recommend trying. 1-407-939-4357. Normally the wait for that number isn't terribly long.

Thank you for the suggestion. (By the way, I joined Dis Boards after many years of watching Dis Unplugged and other Dis programs on YouTube.) After about 90 minutes waiting for a callback, I finally got through to a cast member. Bottom line: Following a long list ot of questions and trying all known solutions on every browser and device, she put in a ticket to IT. So, I'm back to square one-Hurry up and wait.

I called IT again and finally got a solution to the problem. As it turns out, other family members on our account were causing a conflict with the program. The IT guy stumbled on this by accident (he was trying everything!), and VOILA! the problem disappeared. He had no clue as to why this happened, and admitted that it was very unusual. So, all is back to normal.
